I feel the need to share Online tools for choosing color schemes due to the my need for color-management tools.

Color Scheme Designer is a beautiful application that helps you create your own color scheme in a matter of minutes.

Daily Color Scheme features a daily color scheme. You wouldn't want to miss a day.

A community sharing color schemes and color palettes.

This is probably the best of the lot. It offers you the ability to create color schemes or choose from a wide array of pre-made schemes.
